These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Saleit Leader and related services provided by SALEIT SOFTWARE ("we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or using Saleit Leader, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

Saleit Leader is a software application designed for B2B research, business email discovery, contact filtering, email verification, data organization, and exporting of collected results.

The exact features available may depend on the version of the software, the purchased offer, and the configuration of the application.

2. Digital Product

Saleit Leader is a digital product.

No physical product is shipped.

Depending on the purchased offer, the product may be installed and configured on a VPS environment. The exact installation and infrastructure arrangements may be described on the relevant product page or agreed separately with the customer.

3. License

After a successful purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Saleit Leader software for your own business or professional activities, subject to the purchased offer.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, you may not:

resell the software;
redistribute or sublicense the software;
provide access to the software as a commercial service to third parties;
copy, reproduce, modify, or reverse engineer the software;
remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices;
use the software to create a substantially similar competing product.

The purchase of the software does not transfer ownership of the source code or intellectual property rights to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

using the software in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
ensuring that your use of collected data is lawful;
complying with applicable privacy, data protection, electronic communications, marketing, and anti-spam laws;
ensuring that your email campaigns and other communications comply with applicable laws;
maintaining any VPS, proxy, domain, or third-party infrastructure required for your use of the software, unless explicitly included in your purchase;
keeping your login credentials and access details secure.

You are solely responsible for the way you use the data collected with Saleit Leader.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Saleit Leader to:

conduct illegal activities;
collect or process data in violation of applicable law;
engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other deceptive activities;
distribute malware or malicious software;
conduct harassment or abusive activities;
violate the rights of third parties;
bypass security systems or gain unauthorized access to computer systems;
use the software for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the software is being used unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Saleit Leader may interact with or depend on third-party services, including VPS providers, proxy providers, search engines, domains, DNS providers, and other external services.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Changes to third-party services may affect the functionality or performance of the software.

7. Software Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, bug fixes, or modifications to the software from time to time.

We do not guarantee that every update will be provided free of charge unless this is explicitly stated in the purchased offer.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Saleit Leader is a software tool.

We do not guarantee:

a specific number of collected email addresses;
a specific number of valid or deliverable contacts;
sales, leads, revenue, or business results;
uninterrupted operation of third-party services;
that every discovered email address will remain active after verification.

Results may depend on search criteria, data sources, internet infrastructure, third-party services, and other external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SALEIT SOFTWARE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the software.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, business opportunities, data, revenue, or reputation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of the software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
